However, the popular bakery decided to sweeten the deal with voters for this year's Texas gubernatorial election. Baked goods depicting both major candidates, plus a fictional and apolitical third option named Gingy, will be sold throughout the campaign. Each week, the bakery releases new results as an informal poll of which politician might win, and unlike most elections there's no limit to how many times you can vote.  Two types of cookie flavors are available starting from this week up until the election Nov. 8: a gingerbread dipped in white chocolate and a sugar cookie with royal icing.
